How does the shopping on Via Valia Online work

Choose your products
Via Valia presents its products with their stock and price most accurately updated and makes them available on its website. The products are ordered by families and each one has its own file and a photograph.

Customer Identification
To place an order, you will need to be identified, either by creating a new customer account or using your account already created. This can be done by clicking on the button Login.

Order Confirmation
Once you have the products you want to purchase in your cart and click "checkout", the order can be made in 3 easy steps:
1 .- Choose the delivery system (refrigerated shipping, pick up at the store ...)
2 .- Choose way of payment (credit card, bank transfer ...)
3 .- Order Confirmation, in a summary page where all information is collected on the same order.

Shipping
All products in the store are sent by refrigerated express courier to ensure that they reach our customers in perfect conditions. According to the shipping address, the order can take between 48 and 72 hours to be served to the customer from the time of formalization of the order.

Reception and warranty
Upon receiving the product, the package contents must be carefully reviewed in order to detect any product that might have been damaged due to possible contingencies in transport. It should be borne in mind that claims will be accepted only within 24 hours of receiving the order. If a product may be found to have arrived in poor condition, you are required to contact us either by phone or email for us to be able to send the carrier to collect the damaged goods and refund your money or replace the damaged products.
